- For best results, ingredients should contain at least 4% sugar (to help with freezing consistency).
- If using the “spiked slush” (alcohol) preset, premixed drinks (e.g. wine, beer) should be between 2.8% and 16% alcohol content.
What should I do if my slush is too watery or too hard?
- If too watery: try reducing the liquid amount, increasing sugar content slightly, or using a colder recipe base.
- If too hard: reduce freeze time or use a preset with lighter freezing, or start with a slightly warmer liquid.
